Guidelines for Abstract & Paper Submission
- Eligibility
- Only registered delegates are eligible to attend and present at the conference.
- Abstract Submission
- Abstracts must not exceed 400 words.
- A maximum of five keywords should be included.
- The abstract must include: Title of the paper, Author(s) name, Designation, Institution/Organization, Mailing address, Email, and Contact number.
- Poster Presentation
- Posters must be submitted electronically in PDF format.
- Use one PowerPoint slide with a 16:9 ratio resolution setting.
- Font: Times New Roman.
- No video content.
- Maximum file size: 10 MB.
- Save the final slide as a PDF file before submission.
- Full Paper Submission
- Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
- Length: 5,000–6,000 words.
- Format: A4 size, portrait layout.
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1.5.
- Headings: Size 14, bold.
- Footnotes: Size 10.
- File must be submitted in soft copy.
- Authorship
- All authors, including co-authors, must register individually.
- At least one co-author must be available to present the paper at the conference.
- General Rules
- Registration fees are non-refundable in case of absence or withdrawal.
- Selected papers will be notified via email.
