Guidelines for Abstract & Paper Submission

  • Eligibility
    • Only registered delegates are eligible to attend and present at the conference.
  • Abstract Submission
    • Abstracts must not exceed 400 words.
    • A maximum of five keywords should be included.
    • The abstract must include: Title of the paper, Author(s) name, Designation, Institution/Organization, Mailing address, Email, and Contact number.
  • Poster Presentation
    • Posters must be submitted electronically in PDF format.
    • Use one PowerPoint slide with a 16:9 ratio resolution setting.
    • Font: Times New Roman.
    • No video content.
    • Maximum file size: 10 MB.
    • Save the final slide as a PDF file before submission.
  • Full Paper Submission
    • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
    • Length: 5,000–6,000 words.
    • Format: A4 size, portrait layout.
    • Font: Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1.5.
    • Headings: Size 14, bold.
    • Footnotes: Size 10.
    • File must be submitted in soft copy.
  • Authorship
    • All authors, including co-authors, must register individually.
    • At least one co-author must be available to present the paper at the conference.
  • General Rules
    • Registration fees are non-refundable in case of absence or withdrawal.
    • Selected papers will be notified via email.
