- Access the Nomination Form — Click “Submit Your Nomination” above or scroll to the form section on this page.
- Complete the Online Form — Fill in all required fields accurately including your primary details, research track, and professional information.
- Upload Documents — Upload your updated CV and a professional photo. The photo is required for certificate issuance.
- Submit Your Nomination — Click Submit to officially submit. You will receive an acknowledgment email within 5–7 working days.
After Submission: Our team will screen your documents, verify credentials, and forward your nomination to the award committee for evaluation. Selected candidates will be notified via email and listed on the website under “Track My Submission”.

- Award Category Requirements — Each award category has specific eligibility conditions. Review requirements before submitting.
- Individual Eligibility — Nominees must be professionals, researchers, innovators, or academicians actively involved in Science, Health, or Engineering.
- Organisation Eligibility — Organisations must demonstrate a significant presence and measurable contribution in the relevant fields.
- Self-Nominations — Self-nominations are permitted. Organisations may also nominate themselves or be nominated by third parties.
- Publication-Based Awards — Nominated publications must have been published within the specified timeframe and be relevant to Science, Health, or Engineering.
- Multiple Nominations — Nominees may submit nominations in multiple award categories, provided they meet the eligibility criteria for each.
- Transparency — Nominees must provide accurate and verifiable information. False or misleading submissions will result in disqualification.
- Conflict of Interest — Judges must declare any potential conflict of interest to ensure fair evaluation.
- Eligibility — Nominees must meet the eligibility criteria for their chosen award category. The process is open worldwide.
- Nomination Responsibility — Nominees are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate, complete, and authentic.
- Submission Requirements — Incomplete or incorrectly submitted nominations may be disqualified from the evaluation process.
- Evaluation Panel — All nominations are reviewed by a panel of experts. The decision of the evaluation panel is final and binding.
- Privacy — Personal information collected during nomination is used only for processing nominations and communicating with nominees.
- Announcement of Winners — The official list of award winners will be published on the IRASHE website within the specified timeline.
- Award Usage — Award winners may use their recognition for professional and promotional purposes as specified in the full terms on our website.
- Disqualification — The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any nomination that fails to meet the eligibility criteria.
