Eligibility Criteria
Nominations are reviewed and selected by board members based on the quality of the article and the nominee’s profile.
Self-nominations are accepted. Winning authors may also nominate others for awards.
Nominations remain valid for one award cycle only. Unsuccessful nominations are not individually notified and may be considered in future cycles.
Selected authors may apply for an upgrade or change of title; an updated CV may be requested.
Winners remain eligible for future awards, including subject-specific categories.
Nomination Process
A transparent, structured review process ensuring fair and rigorous evaluation of every nomination.
Call for Nominations
Nominations are officially opened for submissions. Certain categories may also require a referee nominated by the applicant.
Review & Shortlisting
Independent experts evaluate nominations against defined criteria. Scores are strictly confidential and discussed only within the selection committee.
Approval of Awards
The selection committee deliberates on shortlisted nominations. Recommendations are submitted and final approval is granted by the committee.
Notification & Ceremony
Successful winners are informed by email. All winners are officially announced during the IRASHE award ceremony.
Awards Delegate Fee
Participation in the award conference is mandatory. If you are unable to attend, your award package will be delivered via courier.
