Frequently Asked Questions
International Research Conferences are being recognized both nationally and internationally across the globe. They provide not only worldwide recognition and prestige but a competitive advantage in driving research and academics. Each award winner is entitled to use the International Research Conferences Logo with year on all printed and promotional literature.
Call for Nominations: Opened for submissions with all nominee information required.
Review Process: Independent references review nominations and shortlist candidates. Scores are confidential and discussed only by the selection committee.
Approval: Following selection committee meetings, recommendations are submitted for final approval by the committee.
Notification: Successful winners and nominators will be informed by email once committee approval is complete. Unsuccessful nominations are not notified as most remain valid for future cycles.
Individual Eligibility: Nominees must be professionals, researchers, innovators, or contributors actively engaged in the field of Science, Health and Engineering.
Organization Eligibility: Organizations, institutions, or research groups must have a significant presence and contribution in the relevant field.
Nomination Process: Submit through the official platform. Self-nominations are allowed. All information provided must be accurate and truthful.
Multiple Nominations: Nominees may submit nominations in multiple award categories if they meet the eligibility criteria for each.
Conflict of Interest: Judges must declare any potential conflicts of interest. Steps are taken to ensure unbiased evaluations.
Global Participation: Nominations from 100+ countries across universities, research institutes, and industry professionals.
Transparent Selection: All entries reviewed by a Dedicated Review Team with final decisions by an expert Jury Panel within 15 days, based on merit, innovation, and impact.
Winner Recognition: Official Winner List Publication, Web Profiles, Certificate, Memento and Badge. Certificates available as e-Certificate and Postal Dispatch.
Knowledge Dissemination: Wide media announcements, press releases, DOI allocation, citation indexing, and magazine features.
Future-Ready: Upcoming ORCID-based Voting System, Global Award Index, and opportunities for media interviews and global collaboration.
If your profile/nomination has won the title of IRA, a compulsory standard delegate fee is applicable. This fee covers all services and benefits in the Conference package.
There is no further selection process after confirmation of your nomination.
